In order to assign a DOMES number for a new station, download DOMES request form and send it to : ONE form per point should be prepared.

Please fill as accuratly as possible the form following the recommandations (bottom of the form) so that the request be proceed quickly. Please pay attention to section 4: the monument should be described as well as the reference point of the station. If the new station is located in an already registered site (for example, the new station is co-located with other geodetic stations which already have DOMES numbers), please indicate it in section 4 of the form.
